Diane Sternbach, CHT, has a B.A. from Hunter/Lehman College, New York. Her work in writing about mind-body medicine led to an interest in guided imagery. She has also studied Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and hypnosis. She has been a guest lecturer at Moorpark College School of Nursing. Her experience in the entertainment industry gives her a unique understanding of the needs of the creative community. She often works with helping people to manage symptoms, make life decisions, and enjoys working with athletes to improve their games.She is currently in private practice in Sherman Oaks, California.
