20th Annual Conference Webcast
Continuing
Education (CE) Credit
The Academy for Guided Imagery (AGI) and its co-sponsors
(where indicated) have been approved to offer up to 27.0
hours of CE credit by the professional organizations listed
below. This event may qualify for continued education hours
as required by other national, state, and local licensing
boards and professional organizations. Contact them for
specific filing requirements.
To
receive CE credit and a Certificate of Completion, you must
pay the additional $45 CE credit fee, attend in full each
of the presentations you seek credit for, and complete a
brief post-presentation test which you will be able to
download prior to or following the webcast.
Please be aware that you will
receive credit commensurate with the extent of your
participation in the conference. In other words, you will
get CE credit only for the specific presentations you
attend from start to finish as monitored and reported by
the webcast provider which tracks your logins and
logouts. No credit will be given if you do not attend the
entire presentation or if you do not satisfactorily
complete and return the post-presentation
test.
Acupuncturists
[CAB]: (pending)
The American University of Complementary Medicine is
approved by the California Acupuncture Board to offer CE
Credit for acupuncturists who satisfactorily complete this
program. AUCM maintains responsibility for the program.
Alcoholism
and Drug Abuse Counselors [CADCEP]:
AGI is approved by the California Alcoholism and Drug Abuse
Counselors Education Program (CADCEP) to offer CE Credit
for Alcoholism and Drug Counselors who satisfactorily
complete this program. AGI maintains responsibility for the
program (Provider #4C-91-260-0495).
Certified
Counselors [NBCC]:
AGI is approved by the National Board for Certified
Counselors (NBCC) to offer CE Credit for Certified
Counselors who satisfactorily complete Academy programs.
AGI maintains responsibility for the program (Provided
#5445).
MFTs
and Licensed Clinical Social Workers [CBBS]:
AGI is approved by the California Board of
Behavioral Sciences
(CBBS) to offer CE
Credit for MFTs and clinical social workers who
satisfactorily complete this program. AGI maintains
responsibility for the program and for following the
standards and regulations for the CBBS (Provider # PCE462).
International Coach Federation [ICF]:
AGI is approved by the
International Coach Federation (ICF) to offer 25 hours of
Continuing Coaching Education (CCE) credit for coaches who
satisfactorily complete this program.
Nurses [CBRN]:
AGI is approved by the California Board of Registered
Nursing (CBRN) to offer Continuing Education Credit for
California nurses who satisfactorily complete this program.
AGI maintains responsibility for the program (Provider
#08627).
Psychologists
[APA]:
AGI is approved by the American Psychological Association
to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. AGI
maintains responsibility for this program. You must attend
a presentation from start to finish to receive CE credit
for that presentation, as variable credit for partial
attendance may not be awarded according to current APA
guidelines.
Other
Health Professions:
This event may qualify for continued education hours as
required by many national, state, and local licensing
boards and professional organizations. Contact your own
regulatory board or organization for specific filing
requirements, and send them your course outline and
certificate of completion to determine whether the
accreditations listed above are accepted.
